    all forces and reactions have the following sign convention:
C              radial: positive outward (Fyin,Fyout,Rfy,Ray,
C                      Wlnry,Wtpy)
C              axial : positive towards aft frame (Fxin,Fxout,
C                      Rfx,Rax)
C              circumferential: positive to the left looking at
C                     the transition piece from the aft forward
C                     (Wlnrz,Wtpz,Rfz,Raz)
C              moment: postive clockwise (Maz)
C              angle of reaction at aft end: postitive counter-
C                     clockwise from the X-axis (ANG)

        separating the reactions at the forward and aft
C            supports is performed using equations contained in
C            hand calculations that will be included in the
C            Design Record Book.  These equations are derived
C            from the same assumptions and principles as
C            revision 1 but the angle off center of the forward
C            supports is defined differently.  The magnitude of
C            reactions between revision 1 and revision 2 are
C            equal.
C
        takes into account a Transition Piece
C            having angled walls at the exit.  These angled walls
C            cause the momentum force of the gases at the exit to
C            to be at an angle.
C        includes axial forces due to 2 spring type seals
C            positioned equidistant from the center line of the T/P exit
C            opening.
